Stork DMM 10 Deboning System
Suitable for pork, beef and lamb bones, such as neck, loin or backbones.
Meat/bone pieces are fed into the filling chamber, from where the main ram transports them to the pressing chamber.
Gentle pressure scrapes the meat from the bones and allows it to pass through the 10 mm filter perforation. The bones are retained inside the filter and discharged at the end of the cycle.
