Berief Heat Wave Fryer 4024

Direct from closed food factory – was used for frying Scotch Eggs.

Machine looks identical to Heat and Control HeatWave fryer so we think it was maybe manufactured under licence from Heat and Control.

It can be supplied as a system comprising of a large double oil tank system for fresh and dirty oil and a Berief Drum Pre Filter.

There is no top hold down belt on this machine.
