Complete mixing and kneading line to manufacture ready rolled pastry
During the mixing phase the flour is conveyed and weighed automatically (Plc system) to the kneader bowl, from here you can add metered water and then mix , within the system it has a facility to add yeast solutions, fat, butter.
The kneader bowl is double skinned which helps to control the temperature of the products

The machine has been previously used to supply a make up line that was producing puff pastry at 1 ton per hour (make up line is not included)
